PARENTS CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE

The Right Step Forward

For most parents, having a child with SEN is hard enough, without having to then 'fight' for all the help and support they really need.

Having helped hundreds of children, young people and their parents in this situation, it's the SEN mediation process that's really essential to fast-tracking a child-focused resolution.
SCROLL DOWN
THE PROCESS

There's always something that people didn't ask, didn't know, didn't understand or 'assumed otherwise' that we look to find, and that helps everyone then work out the best (and quickest) way forwards.

Contact Us

Either forward your Local Authority's decision email (or if a hard copy - scan, or use your cameraphone to take a picture of) the LA's decision letter regarding your child and email it to us - please make sure this is well within 2 months of the date of your LA letter.
Include your child's name, your name and phone number in your email.

Book An Appointment

We will be in touch to schedule your initial telephone mediation information appointment. Please note you must leave enough time (usually 7 days) for your appointment to be within 2 months of the date of your LA decision letter, so don't leave it to the last minute (or else you will be 'out-of-time.')

We Handle the Rest!

We will make all the necessary arrangements for preparing everyone involved for the SEN Mediation process.
We also handle all Outcome and Certification documentation (including Certification if you are going to Tribunal).
Mediation information for Part 1 Certification (Tribunal) is provided on a telephone appointments basis only. Please email requesting an appointment.
Note: whilst appointments are usually available within 7 days, that depends on booking volumes and time of year - do not leave it to the last week!
